Message The vac lines from the valve to the solenoid were changed during the throttle body coolant line bypass. When I was having this issue, the vac line connected from the solenoid to the throttle body vac connection was not connected, found that corrected it and the problem was still there. I really thought it would solve it but turns out not.

As far as the fuel issue goes, i pulled the plenum today and found a leaky injector, so i'll be replacing the o-rings on the injector Thursday.

I'm really stumped on this EGR issue. When we pulled the plenum there was a small amount of fuel around the EGR things that go inside the plenum, sorry i forget what they're called. I highly doubt this could be causing the issue.
